Difference between Vector and Raster

Vector graphics are composed of paths,lines or points. However raster graphics are composed of pixels. For vector graphics can be zoom about x1000 and can keep clear of the graphic.For raster graphics when you zoom ,it may cause the graphic like make by alots of block and not clear too.

As my conclusion, vector graphics are better than raster graphics.But sometime, some effects can only show by the raster graphics like effects of blur, light and etc......
